With work around the County Road 64/Prince Edward Street reconstruction project ramping back up in Brighton, another road closure is coming up.
Starting Monday, May 5 and through to Friday, May 16, the road will be closed to all southbound traffic daily between 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. between Butler and Grimes streets.
Officials say this closure is necessary for utility relocation work and as crews prepare to tackle important infrastructure upgrades as part of the multi-year project.
Northbound traffic will remain open and both lanes are to reopen in the evenings.
