Prince Edward County OPP is calling on the public for help after local soccer fields were damaged.
Police said it appears that a vehicle was intentionally driven across the field sometime overnight on June 4 and caused “significant damage.”
“This has caused an interruption in soccer programming,” noted police.
Investigators say their probe is ongoing and are asking anyone with information to reach out to OPP at 1-888-310-1122.

Meanwhile, in a notice from the county, it states the upper Johnson Street soccer field in Picton is currently closed “due to acts of vandalism,” while officials also echo the call for anyone with information to reach out to investigators.
