An alleged road rage incident in Brighton has led to an arrest, says Northumberland OPP.
According to OPP, on June 7, police said they received a report about an individual allegedly being threatened on the day prior after stopping their vehicle on County Road 30 in the Municipality of Brighton.
The accused reportedly exited the vehicle and confronted the complainant, said police.
As a result of the investigation, police said on June 9, a 50-year-old Brighton resident was arrested and charged with uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm.
This charge has not been proven in court.
The accused will appear in Cobourg court in July.
