If you’re a fan of Gilligan’s Island, you won’t want to miss this year’s Trenton hospital gala, which is raising funds for the emergency department expansion project.
The Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation says planning is underway to make the “TMH Stranded in Style – an Evening on Gilligan’s Island” gala an unforgettable evening.
Inspired by the popular long-running TV show, the gala is set for Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025, at the Batawa Community Centre, the foundation has announced.
The fundraiser will include a meal, live and online auctions, prize draws, and live entertainment. Tickets are $250 per person, with all funds raised supporting the “Emerge Stronger” campaign, which is a multi-year effort to upgrade and expand the ED, purchase new equipment and roll out a new medical information system.
While costumes aren’t needed, guests are welcome to bust out sundresses, suits, gowns or khakis – whatever makes folks comfortable, noted organizers.
Tickets are available by contacting Makayla Mior at mmior@tmhfoundation.com or 613-392-2540 ext. 5867. Guests can also learn more via the foundation’s website.
