Loyalist College will host its annual Career Fair on Tuesday, February 10, welcoming more than 100 employers from across the region to its Belleville campus.
The event runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and is open exclusively to Loyalist students and alumni. Employers will be recruiting for part time, full time and summer positions, offering attendees the chance to explore career pathways and make direct connections with hiring organizations.
This year’s Career Fair marks a return to a large scale, multi location format, with activities spread across the campus gymnasium, Shark Tank Pub and Parrott Centre Library. Students from across the college’s academic schools are expected to attend.
Loyalist’s Career Services team will also be on site, providing support with resumés, interview preparation and job search strategies. Career Services support remains available to alumni even after graduation.
Warkworth Institution will be featured in a dedicated employer spotlight, highlighting the range of professional opportunities available within the organization beyond traditional correctional roles, including positions in health care, education, skilled trades, administration and program delivery.
College officials say the event reflects growing interest from employers and the strength of Loyalist’s partnerships with regional industries. Employers interested in taking part in future Career Fairs are encouraged to contact Loyalist College Career Services.
The Career Fair takes place at the Loyalist College Belleville campus, located at 376 Wallbridge Loyalist Road. Attendees are encouraged to bring a resumé. No advance registration is required.
