Five Counties Children’s Centre has been recognized for the second consecutive year at the Northumberland Business Achievement Awards, earning the 2026 Health and Wellness Award.
Presented by the Northumberland Central Chamber of Commerce, the award highlights organizations that demonstrate leadership in supporting physical and mental wellbeing. Five Counties was previously named Not for Profit of the Year in 2025.
The organization was recognized for expanding services and improving access to care for children and families across Northumberland County. In 2025, Five Counties supported 1,876 children and youth through physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech language services delivered at its Cobourg and Campbellford sites, as well as in schools and the community.
