This year’s Bay of Quinte Home Show delivered a record-breaking weekend, organizers have announced.
Presented by the Quinte West Chamber of Commerce and Kiwanis Club of Trenton, the home show was held the weekend of April 24 to 26 and brought together local businesses and thousands of residents for one of the region’s top consumer events, the chamber has announced.
“This year’s show featured a (record-breaking) 114 vendors – the highest number in the event’s history,” said the chamber, adding exhibitors also represented a broad range of industries, “creating a dynamic and engaging marketplace for attendees.”
Over the course of three days, the show rallied nearly 2,000 attendees who had a chance to connect directly with local businesses, explore new products and services, and gather ideas for projects.
“The energy throughout the weekend was exceptional,” added Taetum Roseberry, events co-ordinator with the Quinte West Chamber of Commerce. “The record number of vendors and strong attendance highlight the strength of our local business community and the continued importance of bringing people together in-person.”
The chamber also said the show continues to play a significant role in supporting local economic growth through providing businesses with valuable exposure while also offering residents a one-stop shop to connect with trusted providers.
Organizers are thanking all attendees, sponsors and volunteers who contributed to this year’s successful event. They said planning is already underway for next year’s edition, which will again showcase the best of the region.
