The 12th annual Angels of Care campaign is launching at Cambellford Memorial Hospital.
The hospital’s foundation is hoping to raise $250,000 by the end of January to purcase4 vital signs monitors, defibrillators, a blood culture system for the lab and eight new hospital beds.
Executive Director of the Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation John Russell, says it’s so important for the community to come together and support local healthcare.
Russedll says this support ensures staff can have new equipment to diagnose and treat patients.
The hope is to raise $16,000 on Nov. 27 for Giving Tuesday and purchase two new hospital beds with the money.
